环状RNA在眼部疾病中作用的研究进展

摘要:环状RNA(circular RNA, circRNA)是一种缺少游离的3\'帽子结构和5\' ploy A尾的非编码环状RNA。最近的研究表明,circRNA不仅在健康的眼组织表达,在眼的病理组织中也表达。此外,新生血管形成、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变、青光眼、白内障等等多种眼部疾病的发生和发展过程中有circRNA参与。这种最近发现的非编码RNA可能成为眼部疾病的新型分子标记物,并成为疾病治疗的靶点。本篇综述总结了目前关于基因表达调控因子的circRNA分子在眼部疾病中的作用。

Research progress on the role of circular RNA in eye diseases
Abstract:Circular RNA (circRNA) is a kind of non-coding circular RNA lacking free 3\'cap structure and 5\'ploy A tail. Recent studies have shown that circRNA is expressed not only in healthy eye tissues, but also in pathologicaleye tissues. In addition, circRNA is involved in the occurrence and development of various eye diseases, such as neovascularization, proliferative vitreoretinopathy, glaucoma, cataract. This recently discovered non-coding RNA may become a new molecular marker of eye diseases and a target for disease treatment. This review summarizes the role of circRNA in ocular diseases.
