复杂层次分析法在教学质量评估中的应用

摘要:针对教学质量评估中出现的复杂分析问题,在传统的层次分析法的基础上进行了改进和扩展,形成了复杂层次分析法-CAHP。该方法可运用于主观评论与客观精准数值并存的系统评估中,并能弱化因难度不一致带来的巨大差异,其应用于教学质量评估中,可得到教师的相对教学质量。经实践证明,该方法具有有效性及可行性。

Application of Complex Analytic Hierarchy Process in Teaching Quality Evaluation
Abstract:In view of the complex analysis problems in teaching quality evaluation, this paper improves and expands the traditional analytic hierarchy process (ahp), and forms the complex analytic hierarchy process (CAHP).This method can be applied to the systematic evaluation in which subjective comments and objective accurate values coexist, and can weaken the huge difference caused by the inconsistency of difficulty. It can be applied to the evaluation of teaching quality, and the relative teaching quality of teachers can be obtained.The practice shows that the method is effective and feasible.
