基于权力结构和定价策略的双渠道协调研究

摘要:随着电子商务的飞速发展,零售商纷纷开辟线上线下双渠道进行产品分销。在这种零售商双渠道分销的背景下,产品最终定价与两个因素十分相关:权力结构(权力下放或权力集中)和定价策略(统一定价或歧视定价),两个因素分别组合共得到三种定价情景:1)权力下放,2)权力集中+统一定价,3)权力集中+歧视定价。本文考虑了以上三种定价情景,从一个拥有线上线下双渠道零售商视角出发,研究其最优定价策略以及低利润策略下的协调机制问题。通过构建Stakelberg博弈模型,本文主要得到以下三点结论。首先,歧视定价并不总是对零售商有益,当渠道间竞争强度比较强或者基础市场规模比较大时,零售商统一定价策略优于权力下放下的歧视价格策略。其次,零售商利润随着实体店体验感和双渠道间竞争强度的增加而增加。最后,三种定价情景下,权力集中+歧视定价下零售商总能获得最高的利润,针对低利润策略,本文设计的"收益共享+线上优惠"机制实现了供应链的协调。

Research on Dual Channel Coordination Based on Different Power and Pricing Strategies
Abstract:With the rapid development of e-commerce, retailers have opened up online and offline dual channels for product distribution. In the context of this retailer's dual channel, there are two very relevant factors related to final product pricing: power structure and pricing strategy. The two factors are combined to obtain three pricing scenarios: 1) decentralization, and 2) concentration of power. + Unified pricing, 3) Power concentration + Discrimination pricing. This paper considers three pricing scenarios, from the perspective of a retailer with online and offline dual channels, to study its optimal pricing strategy and the coordination mechanism under the low-profit strategy. By constructing the Stakelberg game model, this paper mainly obtains the following three conclusions. First, discriminatory pricing is not always beneficial to retailers. When the competition intensity coefficient between channels is relatively strong, or the size of the underlying market is relatively large, the retailer's unified pricing strategy is superior to the discriminatory price strategy under decentralization. Second, retailer profits increase with the store experience factor and the intensity of competition between the two channels. Finally, under the three pricing scenarios, retailers can always obtain higher profits under the concentration of power + discriminatory pricing. This paper designs a "revenue sharing + online preferential" mechanism to achieve supply chain coordination.
