石墨烯基聚硅氧烷稳定体系研究

摘要:石墨烯基聚硅氧烷因优异的物理化学性能得到了广泛研究,但是因活性过强,易交联固化而影响使用性能。以石墨烯基聚硅氧烷为原料,盐酸、乙醇和三氯化铝为稳定剂,稳定石墨烯基聚硅氧烷溶液。通过对比不同酸、醇、共价卤化物对石墨烯基聚硅氧烷的解聚性能,以黏度和紫外光透光率为指标,得出最佳组合,而后通过正交试验将三元稳定体系组装,研究结果表明:稳定剂的解聚性能不宜过强,因此当乙醇用量为7.5%,三氯化铝用量为2.5%时,用盐酸将pH值调节至4.0,此组合下,石墨烯基聚硅氧烷乳液三个月内黏度基本保持不变,恒定为135mPa s,透光率稳定为67.8±1.2%,具有广泛的应用前景。

Study on the depolymerization system of graphene-based polysiloxane
Abstract:Graphene-based polysiloxane has been widely studied for its excellent physical and chemical properties, but its performance is affected by high activity, easy cross-linking curing. The graphene-based polysiloxane solution was stabilized by using graphene-based polysiloxane as raw material, HCl, ethanol and AlCl3 as stabilizers. By comparing the depolymerization effect of different acids, alcohols and covalent halides on graphene-based polysiloxane, the optimum combination was obtained by viscosity and ultraviolet transmittance as indicators, the ternary stable system was assembled by orthogonal test. The research results showed that depolymerization of the stabilizer should not to be strong. When the addictive dosages of ethanol was 7.5% and AlCl3 was 2.5%, the pH value was adjusted to 4.0 with HCl, viscosity of the graphene-based polysiloxane solution remains the same as 135mPa s basically within three months. The light transmittance was 67.8±1.2% constantly. It has a side application prospect.
