摘要:上转换稀土发光材料是一类特殊的发光的材料,遵循反Stocks发光规律,其在长波辐射激发下能够发射短波辐射。上转换纳米材料以红外光作为激发光源,对生物组织穿透能力强,具有光学稳定性好,发光强度高,发光寿命长,生物毒性小,无自体荧光等优点。目前,上转换纳米材料已被广泛应用于生物成像、生物检测、免疫分析等生物医学领域。

Synthesis and Biological Apllications Research of Rare Earth Up-conversion Luminescent Material
Abstract:Up-conversion luminescence nanomaterial is a special kind of anti-Stokes luminescence materials, which could emit high-energy shorter wavelength light being excited by long wavelength light. Rare earth up-conversion luminescence nanomaterials are usually excited by infrared radiation, which could penetrate into biological tissue deeper and have no autofluorescence interference. In addition, it also has several advantages, such as good optical stability, high luminous intensity, luminous long life, low toxicity. Nowadays, rare earth up-conversion luminescence nanomaterials have been widely applied in biomedical fields, such as biological imaging, biological detection, immune analysis and so on.
