华为薪酬体系研究

摘要:我国企业目前的人力资源体系尤其是薪酬体系还处于继续摸索的阶段,薪酬体系受到经济环境的变化、企业的发展水平等因素的影响。薪酬体系的合理制定与实施对于人才的引进与发展具有基础性作用,薪酬制度是人才决定是否加入的首要因素,是人才进入公司后决定是否与公司一同发展的重要因素。华为在成长为全球第一的电信设备制造商的过程中,具有竞争性的薪酬体系做出了重要贡献,其薪酬体系为业界所称赞。本文拟对华为技术有限公司薪酬体系的特色进行深入研究,分析华为的薪酬战略,华为薪酬体系的逻辑演化,华为当前薪酬体系的内容、合理架构和有效管理,华为股权激励制度的发展演变,总结华为薪酬体系逻辑演化的经验和对其他类似企业的启示。

Research on HUAWEI's compensation system
Abstract:The current human resources system of our country, especially the salary system, is still in the stage of continuing to explore, and with the change of economic form and the different stages of enterprise development, the salary system should keep pace with the times. The reasonable formulation and implementation of the compensation system has a basic role in the introduction and development of talents. The remuneration system is the primary factor in whether or not the talented person will decide whether or not to join. It is an important factor in whether the personnel enters the company and decide whether to develop with the company. HUAWEI has grown into the world's No. 1 telecom equipment manufacturer, with a competitive pay system made an important contribution to its compensation system praised by the industry. This paper intends to study the characteristics of the salary system of HUAWEI Technologies Co., Ltd., analyze the salary strategy of HUAWEI, the salary system adopted by HUAWEI in different historical stages, the content of HUAWEI 's current salary system, reasonable structure and effective management, HUAWEI 's equity incentive system, summarizes the revelation of HUAWEI 's remuneration system to other enterprises of the same nature.
