叶酸在鸡蛋中的富集规律及VB12和VC对其的影响

摘要:本实验旨在生产高叶酸鸡蛋,共进行了三组实验,实验周期42 d。实验一:400只海兰白36(323日龄,下同),分别喂0、1、2、4、6、8、32和64 mg/kg叶酸的饲料(每组50只)。实验二:150只海兰白36,饲料在添加4 mg/kg叶酸的基础上在分别添加0、20和100 μg/kg VB12(每组50只)。实验三:150只海兰白36,饲料在添加4 mg/kg叶酸的基础上再分别添加0、50和150 mg/kg VC(每组50只)。结果表明:鸡蛋叶酸含量随饲料中叶酸含量增加而增加,第2到第4周呈线性增加,第4周达到饱和,一颗鸡蛋叶酸量达到67 μg(P<0.05)。此外,饲料中添加VC可促进鸡蛋中的叶酸富集,一颗鸡蛋叶酸最高含量达78 μg(P<0.05),是普通鸡蛋的2.17倍。此外,饲料中添加VC和叶酸对产蛋性能的提高有协同作用。而饲料中添加VB12对叶酸富集、蛋品质及产蛋性能的影响较小,且后期鸡蛋中叶酸富集量略有降低。本研究提供了高效生产高叶酸鸡蛋的新方法和一种新型高叶酸天然食物,为补充叶酸提供方便安全新选择。

The enrichment law of egg folate and the effect of VB12 and VC on egg folate enrichment
Abstract:The aim of this study is to produce folate-enriched eggs. Three experiments were conducted for 42 d. In experiment one: 400 Hy-line W36 hens (323-day-old, 50 per group) were randomized to receive based feed containing folate (0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 32, and 64 mg/kg feed). In experiment two:150 hens (Hy-Line W36, 323-day-old, 50 per group) were randomized to receive diets with folate acid (4 mg/kg feed) and VB12 (0, 20 and 100 μg/kg feed) while in experiment three, 150 hens (Hy-Line W36, 323-day-old, 50 per group) received diets supplemented with folate (4 mg/kg feed) and VC (0, 50 or 150 mg/kg feed). Result showed that there was a dose-response relation between egg folate content and dietary folate content, with the highest content reaching 67 μg/egg at week 4 (P<0.05). Notably, VC can promote the transform of folate from diet to egg, with the highest content reaching 78 μg/egg (2.17-fold higher than an ordinary egg, P<0.05). The added folate and VC had a synergistic positive effect on egg performance. However, the addition of VB12 had little influence on egg quality and even a negative impact on egg folate content was observed at late stage. This study proposes a scheme to produce folate-enriched eggs as a novel source of folate food, which provides a new choice of folate supplementation.
