电网下分布式储能系统的充放电策略研究

摘要:电力是一种特殊的商品,要求发电和用电同时完成并且发电量和用电负荷相等。用户侧负荷的波动为电网带来很高的调频成本。本文采用分布式储能系统参与功率调整的方式来应对负荷变化保证供电功率满足负荷要求。面对负荷变化,发电机组与分布式储能装置进行协调配合,通过构建成本模型,在每个决策时刻对功率进行分配,以达到供电量等于发电量且供电总成本最低;本文引入了一致性控制方法保证成本最优条件和仿真的求解方法对问题进行求解。仿真算例通过对配置了分布式储能系统的配电网进行功率分配,验证了本文中方法能够有效降低供电成本并且达到了功率要求。

Research on Charging and Discharging Stratey of DESS in a Power Grid
Abstract:Electricity is a special kind of commodity that requires the balance between the generation and consumption simultaneously. The variation of load in the user side brings high cost from frequency modulation. The distributed energy storage system (DESS) is applied to participate in the power modulation to satisfy the load demand. Faced with the power variation, by modeling the cost of supplying power, the generator set and DESS cooperate coordinately to assume the load demand and supply with lowest cost. The consensus control method is introduced to satisfy the lowest cost and simulation is carried out to solve the problem. The case study conducted under a distribution network in a district of Beijing shows the efficiency and priority of our method.
