摘要:为了提高电渣重熔渣的固相润滑性能,本文通过引入经典晶体学模型Jackson α指数来预测晶体形态,研究了SiO2的添加60%CaF2-20%Al2O3-20%CaO型ESR渣的晶体形态的影响。使用热力学模拟Factsage,DSC,SEM和XRD来确定结晶行为。通过Jackson α指数预测CaF2晶体为非面状,即可能生长为球状从而有利于提高固相润滑性。在所有样品中,主要的结晶相都是CaF2。同时SiO2的添加会改变析出晶体的类型,数量和顺序。随着SiO2的增加,结晶相CaF2的形态从主要是树枝状转变为主要是球状。此外观察到样品中CaF2的生长尖端呈直纹状。结果发现,对炉渣进行预熔并添加4%SiO2是改善CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-TiO2型ESR炉渣固相润滑的最有效手段。

Effect of SiO2 on Crystallization of CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-TiO2 type Electroslag Remelting Slag
Abstract:In order to improve the solid-phase lubrication performance of electroslag remelting slag, the crystal morphology was predicted by introducing the classical crystallographic model Jackson α index. The crystals of SiO2 added to 60% CaF2-20%Al2O3-20%CaO type ESR slag were studied. The influence of form. The crystallization behavior was determined using thermodynamic simulations of Factsage, DSC, SEM and XRD. The Jackson α index predicts that the CaF2 crystal is non-planar, that is, it may grow into a spherical shape to facilitate the improvement of solid phase lubricity. In all samples, the main crystalline phase was essentially CaF2. The addition of SiO2 changes the type, quantity and order of the precipitated crystals. With the increase of SiO2, the morphology of the main crystalline phase CaF2 changes from a main dendritic shape to a spherical shape. In addition, the growth tip of CaF2 in the sample was observed to be fingerprint-like. It was found that pre-melting the slag and adding 4% SiO2 is the most effective means to improve the solid phase lubrication of CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-TiO2 ESR slag.
