氧化石墨烯对煤沥青热解及炭阳极性能的影响

摘要:煤沥青粘结剂性能提高对改善铝用炭阳极性能极为重要。本文通过热重和SEM等方法研究氧化石墨烯对煤沥青热解行为的影响,将氧化石墨烯改性煤沥青用于炭阳极制备并结合图像分析、CO2反应性测试及力学检测等方法研究氧化石墨烯对炭阳极性能的影响。结果表明,随氧化石墨烯含量增加,煤沥青热稳定性增大,残炭率增加,碳化产物中间相小球减少,层状结构更为显著。添加适量氧化石墨烯可增大生坯及炭阳极表观密度,改善炭阳极孔隙率及孔隙形状,降低孔隙间连通性和CO2反应性,提高抗压强度。1%氧化石墨烯添加量可综合改善炭阳极性能。

Effects of graphene oxide on carbonization behaviours of coal tar pitch and carbon anode property
Abstract:The performance improvement of coal tar pitch is extremely important for improving the performance of carbon anode. The effects of graphene oxide (GO) on carbonization behaviours of coal tar pitch were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and SEM. Then we prepared for the modified carbon anode with the modified pitch, and the effects of GO on anode property were investigated by image analysis, CO2 reactivity test and compressive strength test. The results show that as the GO addition increases, the thermal stability and the coke yield of coal tar pitch increase. GO can promote the coalescence of mesophase spheres and development of a lamellar structure forpitch.The appropriate amount of GO can increase the apparent density of green and baked anode, improve porosity and pore shape of carbon anode, reduce pore connectivity and the CO2 reactivity, and increase the compressive strength. The addition of 1% GO can comprehensively improve the anode performance.
