车间内专用生产线辅助起吊装置的设计及制造

摘要:针对非标设备制造加工车间内吊装能力不足的问题,设计了一款专用生产线辅助起吊装置,通过对其结果进行受力分析计算,然后利用现代模拟软件SolidWorks Simulation对计算结果进行模拟分析校核,最后进行一年以上的实物运用验证。结果证明,该设备结构安全可靠、造价低廉、安装拆卸方便,且不影响现有行车的正常运行,使用灵活方便,同时也为其他非标设备的结构设计提供了一种可靠的思路和方法。

The design and manufacuturing for auxiliary of lifting machine used for the specific production line in the plant
Abstract:Regarding the lifting capability of non-standard equipment\'s manufacturing and machining in workshop is not enough, I designed a kind of lifting device used for manufacturing line.Through analysing their stress and then verify it by SolidWorks Simulation at least one year period. The result shows that device is safety ,reliable, and low price ,the installation or unistallation is very easy at the same time. It will not impact current crane running. It also can provide a method or idea for other non-standard equipment structure\'s design.
