资源供应还是创新支持:创新氛围、网络嵌入对研发人员创新绩效的影响研究

摘要:鉴于以往围绕创新氛围中创新支持和资源供应维度对企业研发人员创新绩效的影响和作用存在分歧,本研究运用网络嵌入相关理论,构建创新氛围、网络嵌入与创新绩效关系的结构方程模型,探讨创新氛围影响创新绩效的内在机理。运用321份企业研发人员问卷调查数据进行实证研究,结果表明创新氛围的两维度结构中,创新支持对创新绩效具有显著正向影响,资源供应对创新绩效作用不显著;网络嵌入在创新支持与创新绩效中起到完全中介作用;结构嵌入对过程绩效和结果绩效均有正向影响,关系嵌入仅对过程绩效有正向影响,对结果绩效作用不显著。基于实证研究结果,研究提出要保障必要的资源供应、重点关注创新软环境建设、加强网络关系管理与结构建设等管理措施建议。

Resource Supply or Innovation Support: Research on the Influence of Innovation Climate and Network Embedding on Innovation Performance of R&D Staff
Abstract:In the view of the differences in the impact of innovation support and resource supply dimensions on the innovation performance of R&D personnel in the past. This study uses the theory of network embedding to construct a structural equation model of the relationship between innovation atmosphere, network embedding and innovation performance, and explores the internal mechanism of innovation atmosphere affecting innovation performance. Using 321 research reports of enterprise R&D personnel to conduct empirical research, the results show that in the two-dimensional structure of the innovation atmosphere, innovation support has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; Resource supply has no significant effect on innovation performance; network embedding plays a full intermediary role in innovation support and innovation performance; Structural embedding has a positive impact on process performance and outcome performance; Relationship embedding only has a positive impact on process performance and has no significant effect on outcome performance. Based on the results of empirical research, the study proposes to ensure the necessary supply of resources, focus on the construction of innovative soft environment, and strengthen management measures such as network relationship management and structure construction.
