酒钢Q235B钢LF精炼渣脱硫性能的优化

摘要:本文对酒钢以往生产Q235B的渣钢成分进行了分析,研究了精炼渣二元碱度、钙铝比以及钢液中酸溶铝含量对脱硫的影响。随着精炼渣碱度的上升,渣钢硫分配比先增加后降低,当碱度取值范围在10~13时,硫分配比最大;精炼渣C/A值对精炼渣脱硫影响较大,硫分配比随C/A的增加也呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,控制C/A的值在1.7~2.0时,脱硫效果较好。钢液中酸溶铝含量对脱硫的影响主要表现在对钢液中氧含量的控制上,酸溶铝含量越高,钢液氧含量越低,而还原性气氛是脱硫所必须的。钢液中酸溶铝含量控制在0.025%时,综合性能最佳。

Optimization of Desulfurization Performance of LF Refining Slag of JISCO Q235B Steel
Abstract:In this paper, the composition of slag steel from Q235B in JISCO was analyzed. The binary basicity (R2=CaO/SiO2), the ratio of calcium to aluminum (CaO/Al2O3) and the content of acid-soluble aluminum in molten steel were studied. As the basicity of refining slag increases, the sulfur distribution ratio of slag steel increases first and then decreases. When the basicity ranges from 10 to 13, the sulfur distribution ratio is the largest; the C/A value of refining slag has a greater influence on refining desulfurization. The distrOptimization of Desulfurization Performance of LF Refining Slag of JISCO Q235B Steelibution ratio also showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of C/A. When the value of C/A was controlled from 1.7 to 2.0, the desulfurization effect was better. The effect of acid-soluble aluminum content in molten steel on desulfurization is mainly reflected in the control of oxygen content in molten steel. The higher the acid-soluble aluminum content, the lower the oxygen content of molten steel, and the reducing atmosphere is necessary for desulfurization. When the acid-soluble aluminum content in the molten steel is controlled at 0.025%, the overall performance is the best.
