废脂肪油催化热解和非催化热解影响因素研究

摘要:全国各地每天都会产生大量的废脂肪油,如果直接将废脂肪油排放至下水道可能会导致下水道堵塞,同时还会污染地下水资源。如果这些废脂肪油重回餐桌,将会影响人体健康。本文通过对废脂肪油进行催化热解及非催化热解实验,研究热解温度、时间、催化剂用量对热解反应的影响。同时,实验还对不同种类催化剂的热解反应产物化学成分进行分析,在文章最后对废脂肪油通过热解回收的经济效益做了评价。实验结果表明:使用硅酸盐水泥熟料、白水泥熟料以及烧砖粉末作为催化剂将废脂肪油催化热解为可燃性液体和气体只需要30min;而非催化热解需要60min才能将废脂肪油热解为可燃性液体和气体。白水泥熟料和烧砖粉末作为热解催化剂有利于气态产物的生成,而硅酸盐水泥熟料则有利于液态产物的生成。废脂肪油非催化热解的产物中仅含有3.527%的烃类,而硅酸盐水泥催化热解产物中含有35.893%的烃类;白水泥熟料和烧砖粉末催化热解分别产生了55.244%和67.844%的烃类物质。非催化热解产物油中含有脂肪酸;硅酸盐水泥熟料和烧砖粉末催化热解产物油中均含酯类,白水泥熟料催化热解产物油中仅含脂肪酸。

Study on factors affecting catalytic pyrolysis and non-catalytic pyrolysis of spent fat oil
Abstract:A large amount of spent fat oil is produced every day throughout the country. If the spent fat oil is directly discharged into the sewer, it may cause sewer blockage and pollute the groundwater resources. If these spent fat oil is returned to the table, it will affect human health. In this paper, the effects of pyrolysis temperature, time and catalyst dosage on pyrolysis reaction were studied by experiments on catalytic pyrolysis and non-catalytic pyrolysis of spent fat oil. At the same time, tStudy on factors afStudy on factors affecting catalytic pyrolysis and non-catalytic pyrolysis of spent fat oilfecting catalytic pyrolysis and non-catalytic pyrolysis of spent fat oilhe chemical composition of the pyrolysis reaction products of different kinds of catalysts was also analyzed. At the end of the paper, the economic benefits of spent fat oil recovery by pyrolysis were evaluated. The experimental results show that it takes only 30 minutes to catalyze the pyrolysis of spent fat oil into flammable liquid and gas by using Portland cement clinker, white cement clinker and burnt brick powder as catalyst. Different from catalyst pyrolysis ,non-catalystic pyrolysis takes 60 minutes to pyrolyse the spent fat oil into flammable liquids and gases.White cement clinker and burnt brick powder act as a pyrolysis catalyst to facilitate the formation of gaseous products, while Portland cement clinker is beneficial to the formation of liquid products. The product of non-catalytic pyrolysis of spent fat oil contains only 3.527% of hydrocarbons, while the Portland cement catalytic pyrolysis product contains 35.893% of hydrocarbons; the catalytic pyrolysis of white cement clinker and burnt brick powder respectively yields 55.244 % and 67.844% of hydrocarbons. The non-catalytic pyrolysis product oil contains fatty acid,the Portland cement clinker and the brick-fired powder catalytic pyrolysis product oil all contain esters, and the white cement clinker catalytic pyrolysis product oil contains only fatty acids.
