重庆市石柱县中高山风能资源利用探讨

摘要:本文使用石柱县沙子镇22204#测风塔2009年8月12日~2010年9月11日实时观测资料,对风电场的风能资源进行了详细地计算和分析:(1)70m高度综合湍流强度为0.131,V=15m/s时湍流强度为0.072,属于弱湍流强度;(2)测风塔塔高70m主导风向为南东南风(SSE),塔高70m处南东南(SSE)风能量大约占44%,其次为东南(SE);(3)塔上10m高度月平均风速为5.42m/s,30m高度月平均风速为5.94m/s,50m高度月平均风速6.04m/s,70m高度月平均风速为6.11m/s,70m高度最大,各高度上5月、7月、11月偏大,1、2、6、12月偏小,月平均风速最小的在6月;(4)测风塔50m高度全年都可以开发风能资源,其中5月超过300 W/m2,达到了较好的并网发电标准,70m高度风功率密度达到应用于并网风力发电较好的月份有5月、7月、11月;(5)测风塔70m高度上风速(风功率密度)日内变化呈先降低后升高的态势,最大风速(风功率密度)出现在22时,风速日内变化幅度相对较小,风功率日内变化功率与风速变化规律基本一致;(6)测风塔70m高度上风速主要集中在3~8m/s风速段,风能主要集中在7~11m/s风速段;(7)风电场风力资源较丰富,可用于并网型风力发电,具备较好的开发前景。

Research of wind energy resources in middle and high mountains of Shizhu County, Chongqing
Abstract:In this paper, the real-time observation data of the 22204# wind measurement tower from August 12, 2009 to September 11, 2010 of Shazi Town, Shizhu County, was used to analyze the wind energy resources of the wind farm in detail: (1) The comprehensive turbulence intensity of 70m is 0.131, and the turbulence intensity at V=15m/s is 0.072, which belongs to weak turbulence intensity; (2) The dominant wind direction of the tower height at 70m is SSE, and the energy of SSE at the tower height at 70m accounts for about 44%, followed by SE; (3) The average monthly wind speed at 10 meters on the tower is 5.42 m/s, the monthly average wind speed at 30 meters is 5.94 m/s, the monthly average wind speed at 50 meters is 6.04 m/s, and the monthly average wind speed at 70 meters is 6.11 m/s, and at 70 meters is the highest. At all heights May, July, November are higher, January, February, Jun are lower, the monthly average wind speed in June is the lowest; (4) The wind energy resources can be developed in the whole year at 50 meters of the wind tower, including more than 300 W/m2 in May, achieving better grid-connected power generation standards, and in May, July and November the wind power density of 70 meters is better application in grid connected wind power generation; (5) The daily variation of wind speed (wind power density) at the height of 70 meters in the wind tower decreases first and then increases. The maximum wind speed (wind power density) occurs at 22:00, the daily variation range of wind speed is relatively small, and the daily variation power of wind power is basically the same as that of wind speed; (6) The wind speed at the 70 meters of the wind tower is mainly concentrated in the 3~8m/s wind speed section, and the wind energy is mainly concentrated in the 7~11m/s wind speed section; (7) The wind farm has rich wind resources and can be used for grid-connected wind power generation., with good development prospects.
