基于纸张柔性基底对甲基对硫磷的SERS检测

摘要:本文利用滤纸和金纳米颗粒(Au NPs)组装制备纸张柔性基底,并将其作为表面增强拉曼(SERS)基底建立了一种检测果皮表面甲基对硫磷的新方法。通过将滤纸片浸泡在金纳米溶胶中来组装形成纸张柔性基底,使用便携式拉曼光谱仪和4-巯基苯甲酸(4-MBA)进行SERS信号优化,并对基底的重现性、稳定性和灵敏性进行表征。在最优条件下,将纸张基底用于检测甲基对硫磷标准溶液,其浓度在0.018-0.354 μg/cm2范围内与拉曼光谱强度呈现良好的线性关系y=3.457×1011x+171.126,R2=0.9989,检测限为0.011 μg/cm2。为了验证纸张基底的实用性,通过"按压-剥离"的方法对实际样品(苹果)表面甲基对硫磷的含量进行加标回收实验,回收率在94.09-98.72%之间。金纳米颗粒在纸张表面均匀分布能增加"热点"效应,提高检测方法的重现性和灵敏性,纸张柔性基底容易弯曲,能够与样品表面完全接触,实现目标分子的有效收集。此方法样品前处理简单,检测时间短,可用于实际样品的检测。

Flexible paper-based substrate for SERS detection of methyl parathion
Abstract:In this paper, a flexible paper-based substrate assembled with filter paper and gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) was fabricated to detect methyl parathion in actual samples based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The paper-based substrate was made by immersing the filter paper into Au NPs. Portable Raman spectrometer and 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) were used to optimize the SERS signal and characterize the property of the substrate, including reproducibility, stability and sensitivity. Under optimal detection condition, the Raman intensity and the concentration of methyl parathion standard solution have a good linear relationship (y=3.457×1011x+171.126, R2=0.9989)in the range of 0.018-0.354 μg/cm2 and the detection limit as low as 0.011 μg/cm2. The uniform distribution of gold nanoparticles on the surface of the paper can increase the "hot spot" effect and improve the reproducibility and sensitivity of the detection method. The paper-based substrate is easy to bend to contact the surface of the sample completely, which can collect target molecules effectively. This method is simple, rapid, can be used for the detection of actual samples.
