电连接器的动态环境分析与解决方案

摘要:电连接器的设计通常会按照静态设计指标,但是振动环境下电连接器会因为外界的激励产生惯性力,电连接器在静态设计中没有考虑动态惯性力就会出现接触压力过小或者过大的不满足连接器设计指标要求的情况。本文通过对某款电连接器理论分析得出连接器设计要求,通过有限元静力学分析确定电连接器的静态设计符合设计要求。对模型进行模态分析与动力学分析,在一阶固有频率附近,由于共振产生的较大惯性力,存在电接触面接触不稳定以及梁的最大应力过大的情况。并对于该款电连接器在动态环境下不满足设计要求的情况提出了设计改进方案。

Dynamic Environment Analysis and Solutions for Electrical Connectors
Abstract:The design of electrical connectors is usually based on static design indicators, but the electrical connectors will generate inertial force due to external excitation under vibration environment. Without considering dynamic inertial force in static design, the contact pressure will be too small or too large to meet the requirements of connector design indicators.In this paper, the design requirements of a certain electrical connector are obtained through theoretical analysis, and the static design of the electrical connector is determined to meet the design requirements through finite element static analysis. According to the modal analysis and dynamic analysis of the model, near the first natural frequency, due to the large inertial force generated by resonance, the contact of the electrical contact surface is unstable and the maximum stress of the beam is too large.For the case that the electrical connector does not meet the design requirements under dynamic environment, a design improvement scheme is proposed.
