壳层退火时间对于有序WO3/TiO2核/壳纳米棒阵列的制备及其电致变色性能的影响

摘要:本论文研究了TiO2壳层退火时间对于制备有序WO3/TiO2核壳纳米棒阵列的微观形貌、结构组成和电致变色性能的影响规律。采用水热-旋涂两步法,先通过在TiO2晶种层处理后的FTO基底上制备WO3纳米棒阵列核,再在一级结构核的表面上旋涂包覆无定形TiO2壳,退火处理后便得到了有序WO3/TiO2核壳纳米棒阵列(核/壳 WTNRAs)。结果表明:核/壳WTNRAs在退火时间为30 min下具有最优的电致变色性能。

Effect of Shell Annealing Time on Preparation and Electrochromic Properties of Ordered WO3/TiO2 Core/Shell Nanorod Arrays
Abstract:In this paper, the effects of annealing time of TiO2 shell on the morphology, structure and electrochromic properties of ordered WO3/TiO2 core-shell nanorod arrays were studied.The core of WO3 nanorod array (primary structure) was prepared by hydrothermal spin coating method on the FTO substrate treated with TiO2 seed layer, and then the amorphous TiO2 shell was coated on the surface of primary structure core. After annealing, the ordered WO3/TiO2 core-shell nanorod arrays(core/shell WTNRAs) was obtained.The results show that the core/shell WTNRAs have the best electrochromic properties at annealing time of 30 min.
