直播用户行为分析及收益预测

摘要:随着信息网络的发展,网络直播的热度越来越高涨,研究网络直播用户行为对于改进网络直播系统设计、提升用户使用感受等都具有较大价值。本论文以某直播为例,对直播用户在地域、性别、发送弹幕和礼物打赏等维度进行分析。发现主播收益与性别之间联系较弱,10%的观众贡献了89%的礼物价值,具有打赏行为的观众中97%的观众只打赏礼物并不发弹幕。此外,本文提出了一种基于决策树的预测模型来对直播平台的收入进行预测,并通过实验验证了预测模型的准确性。

User Behavior Analysis and Income Predicate on Live Streaming
Abstract:With the development of information network, the popularity of live streaming is increasing. It is of great value to study the user behavior of network live streaming for improving the design of network live streaming system and enhancing the user experience. Based on the proportion of live streaming, this paper analyzes the dimensions of live streaming users, such as region, gender, sending danmu and gift reward. It was found that the relationship between the income of the streamer and the gender was weak, 10% of the audience contributed 89% of the gift value, and 97% of the audience with reward behavior only gave gifts and did not send bullets. In addition, this paper proposes a prediction model based on decision tree to predict the income of the streamer, and verifies the accUser Behavior Analysis and Income Predicate on Longzhu Live Streaminguracy of the prediction model through experiments.
