家庭宽带精准营销建模

摘要:随着带宽需求的多样性及上网客户群体的不断增加,使得家庭网络的业务发展成为运营商业务发展的新增长点。本文基于某运营商150万用户业务样本数据,采用XGBoost模型和C5.0模型在生产环境中部署,给出家庭宽带业务目标客户的精准画像。拓展了未使用宽带的用户,提高宽带覆盖区域中的家庭宽带业务营销成功率,实现精准营销,降低公司运营成本,提升营销人员积极性,有效解决宽带营销中"向谁推荐宽带"的难题。

Prediction Model of Home Broadband Precision Marketing
Abstract:With the diversity of bandwidth requirements and the increasing number of online customer groups, the development of home network services has become a new growth point for operators' business development. Based on the data of 1.5 million user business samples of an operator, this paper deploys XGBoost model and C5.0 model in the production environment to give accurate images of the target customers of the home broadband business. Expand the users who have not used broadband, improve the success rate of home broadband service marketing in the broadband coverage area, achieve precise marketing, reduce the company's operating costs, enhance the enthusiasm of marketers, and effectively solve the problem of "recommending broadband to whom".
