区域新型城镇化与生态环境关系研究

摘要:建立城镇化水平评价指标体系和生态环境评价指标体系,利用功效系数法和因子分析法对我国31个省级区域2006-2015年的城镇化水平及生态环境状态进行测算并进行综合评价;建立时点个体固定效应模型探究我国区域城镇化与生态环境关系,得到以下结论:(1)2006-2015年我国城镇化水平和生态环境状态有了明显提高;(2)城镇化水平和生态环境状态区域差异较为明显,水平较高的省份呈现由东部地区向中西部地区蔓延的趋势,而水平较低的省份则主要聚集在中西部地区;(3)城镇化是生态环境的格兰杰原因,且城镇化与生态环境呈正向相关关系;(4)在面板数据模型中定量测算时,两者关系在个体和时点上存在差异。

RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REGIONAL URBANIZATION AND ECO-ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:In this paper, we establishes urbanization comprehensive evaluation index system and Eco-environment comprehensive evaluation index system. We measure regional urbanization level and Eco-environment condition of 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2015 utilizing the analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis. Secondly, we make comprehensive evaluation on the condition of regional urbanization and Eco-environment according to the calculated result. Finally, time and individual fixed effects regression model is established to explore the relationship between urbanization and Eco-environment. Conclusions are as follows: (1) The regional urbanization level and Eco-environment condition in China have increased significantly from 2006 to 2015; (2) The regional difference of urbanization level and Eco-environment condition is apparent in China where provinces with higher level mainly concentrate in the eastern region and present the trend of spreading from the east to the Midwest, the provinces with low level mainly gathered in the Midwest; (3)The urbanization is the Granger reason of Eco-environment, which is positively related to the other, namely the improvement of regional urbanization level leads to the change of the Eco-environment; (4) The panel data model that estimates the relationship between urbanization and Eco-environment quantitatively shows that: the relationship between urbanization and Eco-environment is different in individual and time.
