超低温轧制Al-Cu-Mg合金退火增韧的研究

摘要:Al-Cu-Mg作为高强铝合金广泛应用于航空航天领域,为了扩大其应用以实现以铝代钢的环保需求,对该合金的强度和塑性提出更高的要求。合金采用超低温轧制能够提高强度,但塑性有待于提高。退火是一种有效的提高韧性的手段,本文通过研究不同退火温度与时间对轧制后Al-Cu-Mg合金的组织与性能的影响规律,研究发现当合金采用400℃退火4h时,合金的强度较高且韧性较好,晶粒尺寸较细,尺寸约43μm,合金的综合性能良好。

Study on the annealing of the cryorolled Al-Cu-Mg alloy
Abstract:Al-Cu-Mg alloy is widely applied in areospace and aeronautical field as high strength alloy. In oder to expand its application and to achieve the goal of substitution of alumminum for steel, higher strength and ductility are required for aluminum alloy. Cryorolling is one of the effective method to improve the strength, however the plasticity is low. Annealing is an effective way to improve the plasticity. In this paper it is investigated the effect of annealing on the microstructure and properties of Al-Cu-Mg alloy. The results show that the strength is high with good plasticity when the alloy is annealed at 400℃ for 4h. The grain size is about 43μm.
