光催化中的碳材料

摘要:光催化分解水制氢技术在解决能源短缺和环境问题方面具有广阔的应用前景。近年来,碳材料在提高半导体光催化剂的光催化产氢方面展现出了巨大的潜力。本文对碳纳米管(CNT)、石墨烯、富勒烯等碳材料在提高光催化分解水制氢气的半导体光催化剂性能方面的研究进展进行综述。碳材料起着包括支撑材料、增加吸附和活性位点、电子的受体和运输通道等作用。为了提高碳基光催化材料的光催化产氢效率,研究者可以从碳材料的表面化学功能化、碳材料的掺杂效应、半导体与碳材料的界面等方面来着手。最后总结了全文,并对未来碳基光催化材料的发展提出了展望。

Carbon materials in photocatalysis
Abstract:photocatalytic water splitting into hydrogen has broad application prospects in solving energy shortage and environmental problems. In recent years, carbon materials have shown great potential in improving photocatalytic hydrogen production of semiconductor photocatalysts. This paper reviews the research progress of carbon nanotubes (CNT), graphene, fullerene and other carbon materials in improving the performance of semiconductor photocatalysts. In order to improve the photocatalytic hydrogen production efficiency of carbon based photocatalytic materials, the researchers started from the surface chemical functionalization, the doping effect, and the interface between semiconductor and carbon materials.Carbon materials play a role including supporting materials, increasing adsorption and active sites, electron acceptors, and transport channels. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospect of the development of carbon-based photocatalytic materials in the future.
