运动调控PGC-1α的信号通路研究进展

摘要:通过对现有运动调控骨骼肌PGC-1α的信号通路对肌肉功能影响的研究成果进行总结与分析。现已发现的主要信号通路包括钙/钙调蛋白依赖信号通路、活性氮和氧依赖型信号通路、AMPK信号通路以及p38 MAPK信号途径。尚有未知信号通路有待进一步阐明。为进一步研究动调控骨骼肌功能的分子机制提供参考。

Advances in Signal Pathway of Skeletal Muscle PGC-1α Regulated by Exercise
Abstract:The results of the research on the effects of the signal pathway on the muscle function of the skeletal muscle PGC-1 in the existing exercise were summarized and analyzed. The main signal pathways that have been found include a calcium/ calmodulin-dependent signal pathway, an active nitrogen and oxygen-dependent signal pathway, an AMPK signal pathway, and a p38 MAPK signal pathway. There are still unknown signal paths to be further clarified. In order to further study the molecular mechanism of dynamic regulation of skeletal muscle function, reference is provided.
