摘要:探究了CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-BaO四元系无氟连铸保护渣的结构特征。研究得出了随着BaO含量的增加,渣中平均桥氧数增加,铝酸盐网络结构聚合度升高。核磁共振数据显示[BO4]结构单元特征峰的强度逐渐增加,[BO3]结构单元特征峰变化不大,这表明BaO含量的增加使[BO4]结构单元的含量增加,而对[BO3]结构单元影响不大;随着BaO含量的增加,[AlO4]结构单元增加,电荷补偿增加。

Study on the structure of the fluorine free mold powder for continuous casting of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-BaO quaternary system
Abstract:The structural characteristics of the non-fluorine continuous casting flux of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-BaO quaternary system were investigated. The research shows that as the content of BaO increases, the Q4 (angle standard represents the amount of bridging oxygen in [AlO4] structural unit) content and the average bridge oxygen number increase in slag system, and the degree of polymerization of the quaternary slag network structure increases. NMR data displays that the intensity of the characteristic peak of [BO4] structural unit increases gradually, and the characteristic peak of [BO3] structural unit changes little, which indicates that the increase of BaO content increases the content of [BO4] structural unit, but has little influence on [BO3] structural unit; As the BaO content increases, the [AlO4] structural unit increases, so its charge compensation increases.
