壳聚糖-环糊精基空气海绵的制备及应用

摘要:本研究首次制备了能够同时吸附阳离子型染料、阴离子型染料和中性染料的疏水性壳聚糖-环糊精空气海绵(CCTCS海绵),采用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和EDX分析了CCTCS海绵的结构与组成,研究了CCTCS海绵对酸性品红、亚甲基蓝和靛蓝三种结构不同染料的吸附性。结果表明,CCTCS海绵对三种染料的吸附平衡时间短,在30min、60min和120min左右分别达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量分别为165.22mg/g、94.60mg/g和76.55mg/g,水中最大去除率可分别达99.13%、94.60%和76.55%。吸附动力学研究表明CCTCS海绵对三种染料的吸附作用力均包含物理作用力和化学作用力,且以化学吸附为主;吸附热力学研究表明吸附过程为多层吸附。经过三次循环再生后,CCTCS海绵对酸性品红、亚甲基蓝和靛蓝的吸附量下降到首次的83.65%、81.14%和76.90%,再生效果好,可重复利用。

Preparation and application of chitosan-cyclodextrin-based air sponge
Abstract:The hydrophobic chitosan-cyclodextrin air sponge (CCTCS sponge) was prepared for the first time in this research, which could simultaneously adsorb cationic dyes, anionic dyes and neutral dyes. The structure and composition of CCTCS sponge were analyzed by Scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier infrared spectrometer(FITR),ray diffraction(XRD) and Energy dispersive spectrum(EDS). The adsorption of CCTCS sponge on dyes of three different structures forms including acid magenta,methylene blue and indigo were studied. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium time of the three dyes was short, reaching adsorption equilibrium at 30min, 60min and 120min for acid magenta, methylene blue and indigo. The maximum adsorption amounts were 165.22mg/g,94.60mg/g and 76.55mg/g and the maximum removal rates in water were 99.13%,94.60% and 76.55% for acid magenta, methylene blue and indigo. Adsorption kinetics studies showed that the adsorption force of the CCTCS sponge on the three dyes included physical and chemical forces,which was mainly based on chemical adsorption. And adsorption thermodynamics studies showed that the adsorption process was multi-layer adsorption.The absorption capacity for AM,MB and IN remained 83.65%,81.14% and 76.90% of the initial absorption capacity after three successive absorption-regeneration cycles,which indicated that absorbent can recycled
