基于点击过程的隐式身份认证方法

摘要:用户在移动终端进行点击操作时具有生物差异性。本文侧重于使用陀螺仪传感器对用户的点击操作进行研究。首先,使用陀螺仪对触碰屏幕进行研究,提出将能够体现手机晃动加速度的陀螺仪斜率作为新的用户行为特征。其次,通过使用滑动窗口算法预测用户手指开始点击以及抬起结束的具体时间,将研究范围从 "手指触碰屏幕"扩充至包含"手指点击"、"手机触碰屏幕"、"手指抬起"三个阶段的整个点击过程,从而提取出触碰屏幕过程所不具有的新的用户特征。最后在实验阶段,本文根据点击晃动与点击位置具有相关性这一特征对屏幕进行区域划分。实验数据按照划分区域进行分组, 同时通过惯用手的识别过滤低晃动区域,实验准确率达到了95%。

Implicit User Authentication based on the Clicking process
Abstract:Users are biologically different when they click on a mobile terminal. This paper focuses on the use of gyroscope sensors to study the click operation of users. Firstly, by the use of the study on the behavior of touching screen, we propose the slope of gyroscope which can reflect the shaking acceleration of mobile phone as a new user behavior feature. Secondly, we use the algorithm of sliding window to expand the user's click operation from "finger touch screen" to the three processes of "finger click", "finger touch screen" and "finger lift". New features are extracted for these three processes. In the experimental stage, according to the feature that shaking is related to the clicking position, the screen is divided into regions. The experimental data are grouped according to the partition area, and the low shaking area is filtered through the identification of the hands. The accuracy rate reached 95%.
