考虑风电随机性的协调二级电压控制

摘要:在高占比风电并网系统中,存在风电功率短时间内波动很大的情况,对电网电压无功的影响不可忽略,使传统确定性协调二级电压控制的效果难以保证。针对这一问题,本文提出考虑风电随机性的协调二级电压控制,在原有协调二级电压控制模型中引入风电的随机无功功率,并用其预测值及预测误差表示。采用概率场景法处理风电功率的随机性,通过机会约束规划法处理不确定性优化问题。考虑到二级电压控制对一级电压控制的决策问题,选取发电机机端电压作为随机的控制变量,发电厂高压侧母线电压作为不随场景变化而变化的决策变量。通过IEEE39节点系统仿真

Coordinated secondary voltage control considering the randomness of wind power
Abstract:In the high proportion wind power grid connected system, there is a large fluctuation of wind power in a short period of time, and the influence on the voltage and reactive power of the grid cannot be ignored, which makes it difficult to guarantee the effect of the traditional deterministic coordinated secondary voltage control. Therefore, some suggestions are proposed in this paper: introduce the random reactive power of wind power into the original coordinated two-stage voltage control modelin terms of coordinated two-stage voltage control of the wind power\'s randomness, and express it with its prediction value and prediction error. The probabilistic scenario method is used to deal with the randomness of wind power, and the chance constrained programming method is used to deal with the uncertain optimization problem. Considering the decision-making problem of the secondary voltage control on the primary voltage control, the generator terminal voltage is selected as the random control variable, and the bus voltage at the high voltage side of the power plant is selected as the decision variable that does not change with the scene with simulation of IEEE39 node system.
