摘要:随着对第五主族元素的不断开发,锑烯成为近年来二维材料的研究热点之一。大量的理论和实验工作预测并验证了锑烯丰富的光学、电学和热电性能等功能特性,由此衍生出各式各样可能的应用。同时,二维材料的制备方法作为研究重点也在不断发展。本文综述了近年来关于锑烯材料的制备方法和性能研究的成果,并对锑烯材料潜在的应用进行了展望。

Research progress of preparation methods and properties of two-dimensional antimonene and its application prospect
Abstract:With the development of the fifth main group elements, antimonene has become one of the research focuses of two-dimensional materials in recent years. A great deal of theoretical and experimental work has predicted and verified the rich optical, electrical, and thermoelectric properties of antimonene, from which a wide variety of possible applications have been derived. At the same time, the preparation of two-dimensional materials as a research focus is also developing. In this paper, the preparation methods and properties of two-dimensional antimonene materials are reviewed, and the potential applications of two-dimensional antimonene materials are prospected.
