基于元功能的数控机床动态加工过程研究

摘要:针对传统的数控机床服役过程可靠性静态建模方法的不足,通过采用元功能这一概念,提出了一种新的基于元功能的数控机床服役过程动态可靠性建模方法,并将Petri网建模方法应用到数控机床加工的动态过程,得到能完整描述数控机床动态加工过程的Petri网模型。以某国产五轴联动磨齿机为研究对象,构建了其砂轮架运行过程的Petri网模型,结果表明,运用Petri网建立数控机床加工过程某部件的可靠性模型,可以清楚地观测到数控机床加工过程中各个部位的可靠性是否良好,同时也为数控机床加工过程的可靠性建模提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Research on Dynamic Machining Process of CNC Machine Tools Based on Meta-function
Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional static modeling method for the service process reliability of CNC machine tools, a new meta-function-based dynamic reliability modeling method for CNC machine tool service process is proposed by using the concept of metafunction, and the Petri net construction method will be built. The mode method is applied to the dynamic process of CNC machine tool processing, and a Petri net model which can fully describe the dynamic machining process of CNC machine tools is obtained. Taking a domestic five-axis linkage grinding machine as the research object, the Petri net model of the grinding wheel frame operation process is constructed. The results show that the Petri net can be used to establish the reliability model of a certain part of the CNC machine tool processing process, and the CNC machine tool can be clearly observed. The reliability of each part in the processing process is good, and it also provides a new idea and method for the reliability modeling of CNC machine tool processing.
