摘要:碳纤维由于其出色的机械性能与质量优势,被广泛运用于复合材料的制备。碳纤维复合材料应用中最重要的问题在于碳纤维表面活性较弱,与聚合物基体的结合性能较差,无法提供足够的界面结合力,导致碳纤维复合材料的层间失效。解决这个问题一个行之有效的方法是对碳纤维表面进行改性,提高碳纤维表面与基体的结合力,以改善碳纤维复合材料的层间性能。本文综述了当前普遍采用的各种碳纤维表面改性方法,包括"湿","干"和"多尺度"纤维表面改性技术的系统化最新信息以及在碳纤维表面改性的同时保持碳纤维机械强度的策略,并强调了其重要性。

Carbon fiber surface and composite interface
Abstract:Carbon fiber is widely used in the preparation of composite materials due to its excellent mechanical properties and quality advantages. The most important problem in the application of carbon fiber composites is that the surface activity of carbon fiber is weak. Carbon fiber has poor binding performance with polymer matrix, and is unable to provide sufficient interfacial binding force, leading to interlayer failure of carbon fiber composites. An effective method to solve this problem is to modify the surface of the carbon fiber and improve the bonding force between the surface of the carbon fiber and the matrix to improve the interlayer performance of the carbon fiber composite material. This article summarizes the various carbon fiber sCarbon fiber surface and composite interfaceurface modification methods, including the latest system information of "wet", "dry" and "multi-scale" fiber surface modification technologies. It is also introduced that how to maintain the carbon fiber mechanical strength while modifying the surface of carbon fibers and emphasized its importance.
