壳聚糖/聚乙二醇改性负离子皮革涂饰剂的制备与应用

摘要:负离子作为一种氧的活性物质与健康息息相关,负离子可有效提高生活质量,促进身体健康。本文使用溶液共混法制备壳聚糖/聚乙二醇改性负离子材料,采用单因素法优化制备工艺,应用于皮革涂饰并测试成革负离子发生量与物理机械性能。结果表明:当pH值为3时,控制壳聚糖:聚乙二醇:负离子用量为60:40:100,此时复合材料zeta电位最大,粒径分布系数最小。将壳聚糖/聚乙二醇改性负离子材料用于皮革涂饰,与未改性负离子材料相比,负离子释放量可提升5-10%至2277个/cm3,成革耐磨耗可提升至4-5级,耐干擦可提升至5级,耐湿擦可提升至4-5级。

Preparation and Application of Chitosan/Polyethylene Glycol Modified Negative Oxygen Ion Leather Finishing Agent
Abstract:As an oxygen active substance, negative oxygen ions are closely related to health. Negative oxygen ions can effectively improve the quality of life and promote physical health. In this paper, a solution blending method was used to prepare chitosan / polyethylene glycol to modify anion materials. The single-factor method was used to optimize the preparation process. It is applied to leather finishing and testing the amount of anions and physical mechanical properties of leather. The results showed that when the pH value was 3 and the amount of chitosan: polyethylene glycol: negative oxygen ion was controlled to 60: 40: 100, the zeta potential of the composite was the largest and the particle size distribution coefficient was the smallest. Compared with unmodified negative oxygen ion materials, when chitosan / polyethylene glycol modified negative ion materials were used for leather finishing, the amount of negative oxygen ion release can be increased to 5-10% to 2277 pieces / cm3, the abrasion resistant of leather can be improved to 4-5 grade, dry rub resistance can be increased to 5 grade, and wet rube resistance can be improved to 4-5 grade.
