钛酸钠晶须的制备及其对碳烟颗粒催化燃烧性能的研究

摘要:利用熔盐反应制备了钛酸钠(Na2Ti6O13)晶须,利用性能测试平台评价了所制备钛酸钠(Na2Ti6O13)晶须对烟碳的催化性能,采用 X 射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对反应后的物相和微观形貌进行研究。SEM 结果显示所制备的钛酸钠晶须呈棒状,长度可达到10~20μm,晶须的直径约200 nm-500 nm,晶须表面光滑。催化测试平台测定数据表明熔盐法制备出的钛酸钠(Na2Ti6O13)降低了烟碳的起燃温度,并能促进烟碳的充分燃烧。

Preparation of Sodium Titanate Whiskers by Molten Salt Method and Tts Catalytia Combustion Performance for Soot Particles
Abstract:Na2Ti6O13whiskers were prepared by molten salt reaction in a certain proportion. The performance platform of catalyst catalytic smoke carbon was set up in the laboratory. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to characterize the structural morphology and phase compositions of the sodium titanate. SEM results revealed that the prepared Na2Ti6O13 is fibrous, most of the length is about 9μm, the whisker width is about 200 nm-500 nm and the surface is relatively smooth. The data of the platform show that the Na2Ti6O13 prepared by molten salt method has the characteristics of catalytic carbon powder and can promote the carbon powder burn more fully.
