偕二芳基甲基磷酸酯类化合物的合成新方法

摘要:本文报道了通过脱硫磷酰化反应合成一系列偕二芳基甲基磷酸酯类化合物的新方法。以偕二芳基砜化合物和亚磷酸二甲酯为底物,在碱和相转移催化剂作用下,发生磷酰化反应。高效地合成了多取代偕二芳基甲基磷酸酯类化合物,反应条件温和,原料廉价易得,产率优良。所合成新化合物的化学结构均通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱进行了表征。

A novel method for the synthesis of gem-diarylmethyl phosphonate compounds
Abstract:The paper described a novel method for synthesizing a series of gem-diarylmethyl phosphates via phase transfer catalyst and base catalyzed desulfurizative phosphorylation of gem-diarylmethyl sulfone and dimethyl phosphite. Multi-substituted gem-diarylmethyl phosphates have been synthesized efficiently. The reaction displays the advantages of mild reaction condition, cheap raw materials and high efficiency. The chemical structures of gem-diarylmethyl phosphates were identified by the combination of proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR).)
