重力坝加高新老界面的应力和稳定计算方法

摘要:后帮式重力坝加高存在新老混凝土坝体分载的问题。老坝体自重和加高限制水位的水压荷载由老坝承担,新坝体自重及加高后水压荷载增量由新老坝块共同承担,分载比例与交界面结合状况有关,当新老混凝土交界面完全粘接时,新老坝块的分载可用平衡方程按材料力学法求解,部分粘接时采用规范规定的方法已经难以实现。有限单元法可求解复杂问题,但应力结果的网格依赖性使该方法结果难以与控制标准匹配。本文提出了新老混凝土有限结合条件下分载计算的两种方法;1)变截面杆件结构力学法,即把新老混凝土块简化成变截面杆,坝体之间用法向力杆和剪力杆相连,模拟加高和蓄水步骤,求出代表新老坝块的杆在建基面处的内力;2)有限元等效应力法,用有限元法考虑新老结合面进行网格剖分,分步分期模拟加高和蓄水过程,得到新老坝块建基面处的应力并等效为内力,也可基于本文提出的直接反力法通过加减连接杆或界面单元的方法模拟结合面的状态。这两项功能已加入到笔者开发的高性能仿真平台Saptis中。由两种方法计算的坝体应力和稳定安全系数应满足现行规模要求。

Calculation method of stress and stability of new old interface of heightening gravity dam
Abstract:The problem of load separation of new and old concrete dam body exists in the heightening of back wall gravity dam. The old dam bears the dead weight of the old dam and the water pressure load of heightening the limited water level. The new dam bears the dead weight of the new dam and the increment of the water pressure load after heightening. The proportion of the load sharing is related to the condition of the interface. When the interface of the new and old concrete is completely bonded, the load sharing equation of the new and old dam can be solved by the method of mCalculation method of stress and stability of new old interface of heightening gravity damaterial mechanics. When the part of the bonding is carried out by the method specified in the code, it has been Hard to achieve. The finite element method can solve complex problems, but the mesh dependence of the stress results makes it difficult to match the control standard. In this paper, two methods of load sharing calculation under the condition of finite combination of new and old concrete are put forward: 1) structural mechanics method of variable cross-section member, that is, simplifying the new and old concrete block into variable cross-section member, connecting the force bar and shear bar between the dam bodies, simulating the steps of heightening and impoundment, and calculating the internal force of the member at the foundation surface of the new and old dam bodies; 2) equivalent stress method of finite element, using finite element method Considering the new and old joint surface, the mesh is divided, and the process of heightening and impoundment is simulated step by step. The stress at the foundation surface of the new and old dam body is obtained and equivalent to the internal force. Based on the direct reaction method proposed in this paper, the state of the joint surface can be simulated by adding and subtracting connecting bars or interface elements. These two functions have been added to saptis, a high performance simulation platform developed by the author. The dam stress and stability safety factor calculated by the two methods should meet the current scale requirements.
