功能皮革负离子发生量测试方法研究

摘要:负离子含量的高低与分布已成为生态环境的重要指标之一,负离子功能皮革更是逐渐受到消费者的青睐。但是由于负离子携带电荷少、寿命短、极易受环境影响湮灭等特性影响了对负离子发生量的准确测量。本文以常规控制图为分析方法,对比不同环境和测试距离下负离子发生量的控制图,对于不同环境,离散度:密闭式环境<半密闭式环境<开放式环境,开放环境下离散度≥10%;负离子发生量:密闭式环境>半密闭式环境>开放式环境;测试负离子发生量时,负离子检测器与功能皮革距离应适中,最佳距离为2cm。

Research on Detection Method for Negative Oxygen Ion Generation of Functional Leather
Abstract:The level and distribution of negative oxygen ion content has become one of the important indicators of the ecological environment, and negative oxygen ion functional leather is gradually becoming more popular with consumers. However, the negative oxygen ions carry a small charge, have a short life span, and are easily annihilated by environmental influences, which affect the accurate measurement of the amount of negative oxygen ions. In this paper, the Shewhart control charts was used as an analysis method to compare the control charts of the amount of negative oxygen ions generated in different environments and test distances. For different environments, dispersion: enclosed environment < semi-enclosed environment < open environment, dispersion in open environment ≥ 10 %; The amount of negative ions: enclosed environment > semi-enclosed environment > open environment; when testing the amount of negative oxygen ions, the distance between the negative oxygen ion detector and the functional leather should be moderate, and the optimal distance is 2 cm.
