4-吡啶酮酰胺苯并15-冠-5醚配体的合成与表征

摘要:冠醚作为超分子化学领域的重要研究对象,目前已广泛应用于与金属离子相关的各个领域。本文报道合成了一种新型冠醚配体,该配体通过亲核取代、水解反应、还原反应、酰胺缩合等六步化学反应,合成出目标配体产物,并利用核磁氢谱以及低分辨质谱测试分子结构信息,最终制备出4-吡啶酮酰胺苯并-15-冠-5醚配体,该配体有望应用于金属离子探针、传感器、选择性分离膜等多个领域。

Synthesis and characterization of 4-pyridone amide benzo 15-crown-5 ether ligand
Abstract: Crown ether, as an important research object in the field of supramolecular chemistry, has been widely used in various fields related to metal ions. This paper reports the synthesis of a new crown ether ligand. The ligand is synthesized through six steps of nucleophilic substitution, hydrolysis reaction, reduction reaction, and amide condensation, and the target ligand product is synthesized. The molecular structure information was tested, and 4-pyridone amide benzo-15-crown-5 ether ligand was finally prepared. The ligand is expected to be applied in various fields such as metal ion probes, sensors, and selective separation membranes.
