基于OWA-TOPSIS县域农业干旱脆弱性评价--以葫芦岛地区为例

摘要:从农业旱情和受影响农作物生长期特点出发确定农业干旱暴露性指标,从人力、物资、设备、技术、财政支持等资源投入角度筛选抗旱能力指标,从干旱对宏观经济和微观主体影响等方面选择敏感性指标,构建农业干旱脆弱性指标评价体系。通过对葫芦岛市6个农业县区的干旱脆弱性运用OWA-TOPSIS模型分区评价,分析不同县区农业干旱脆弱性的空间分布特征及脆弱性结构特征。并以此为基础论证了各县区农业干旱脆弱性的形成机理,为各县区应对干旱提供决策支持。

Assessment of county scale agricultural drought vulnerability based on OWA-TOPSIS model in Huludao
Abstract:According to agricultural drought and the growing characteristics determine the agricultural drought explosure indicators, from manpower, materials, equipment, technology, financial support and other resources select the drought resistance index, and from drought impact on macro economy and peasantry choice sensitivity index, building of agricultural drought vulnerability index evaluation system. Based on the classification and evaluation of drought vulnerability in 6 agricultural counties in Huludao city by using OWA-TOPSIS model, the spatial distribution and structural characteristics of agricultural drought vulnerability in different counties were analyzed. On this basis, the formation mechanism of agricultural drought vulnerability in each county is demonstrated, which provides decision support for each county to deal with drought.
