功能化修饰聚乙二醇及其在制革涂饰中的应用研究进展

摘要:聚乙二醇因其优异的两亲性、柔韧性使其在诸多领域备受关注。聚乙二醇的端羟基具有伯醇活性,易与活性官能团缔合形成功能化修饰聚乙二醇,进一步扩宽了其应用范围。综述了近年来非共价键及共价键功能化修饰聚乙二醇的研究进展,讨论了基于氢键缔合和共价键结合的不同功能化修饰方法并分析功能化修饰聚乙二醇改性高分子材料的性能,论述了功能化修饰聚乙二醇改性丙烯酸、聚氨酯传统涂饰材料和壳聚糖等新型涂饰材料,最后展望了功能化修饰聚乙二醇在制革涂饰材料中的应用前景。

Research progress on Functional Modification of Polyethylene Glycol and its Application in Leather Finishing
Abstract:Because of the excellent amphiphilicity and flexibility, polyethylene glycol has attracted much attention in many fields. The terminal hydroxyl group of polyethylene glycol possess primary alcohol\'s activity, and it is easy to associate with active functional groups to form functional modified polyethylene glycol, which further expand its application range. The recent research progress on non-covalent and covalent functional modification of polyethylene glycol was reviewed, and different functional modification methods based on hydrogen bonding and covalent were discussed. Subsequently, the characters of functional modified polyethylene glycol modified polymer materials was analyzed, plus, functional modified polyethylene glycol modified acrylic, polyurethane traditional coating materials and chitosan new coating materials etc. were explored. Finally, the application prospect of functional modified polyethylene glycol in leather finishing materials was prospected.
