噻吩衍生物的合成与表征

摘要:目前噻吩及其衍生物在医药、材料和化学传感领域被广泛研究。新型噻吩衍生物的制备有利于开发新材料和新型传感器,本文以吡啶酮为基础设计合成了一种对称的新型双三键结构,发现其在水和THF混合溶剂中存在纳米聚集体,随后以双三键结构为基础制备了一种新型噻吩衍生物,通过条件筛选得到了最优反应条件为在THF溶剂中,120℃反应12小时,收率50%。

Synthesis and Characterization of Thiophene Derivatives
Abstract:Thiophene and its derivatives are currently widely studied in the fields of medicine, materials and chemical sensing. The preparation of new thiophene derivatives is conducive to the development of new materials and new sensors. Based on pyridone, a new type of symmetrical double and triple bond structure is designed and synthesized. It is found that nano-aggregates exist in a mixed solvent of water and THF. A new type of thiophene derivative was prepared based on the double and triple bond structure. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained through conditional screening in a THF solvent at 120 C for 12 hours with a yield of 50%.
