纳秒脉冲电源的研制及其应用

摘要:脉冲放电产生大气压等离子体具有许多优势,同其他电源激励相比,其氧原子、臭氧的产生效率更高;峰值电流密度、电子密度、及电子产生效率也更大;在对介质表面处理时能够达到更好的处理效果。本文基于电力电子技术和脉冲功率技术,自行研制了一款基于IGBT串联的固体开关式纳秒脉冲电源,自主设计了脉冲电源前端的高压直流产生电路以及后端的固体脉冲调制模块。并使用增强型电荷耦合器件ICCD拍摄不同电压幅值下的脉冲放电形貌,对脉冲电源激励下的针环介质阻挡放电特性进行了初步研究。

Development and Application of Nanosecond Pulse Power
Abstract:Pulse discharge to generate atmospheric pressure plasma has many advantages, such as its oxygen atoms and ozone are more efficient; peak current density, electron density, and electron generation efficiency are also greater; it is easier to achieve better treatment effect during surface treatment.Based on the power electronics technology and pulse power technology, this article has developed a solid-state switching pulse power supply based on IGBTs in series, and independently designed the high-voltage DC generating circuit and the solid-state pulse modulation module.The morphology of pulse discharge under different voltage amplitudes was photographed by ICCD, and the characteristics of the pin-ring dielectric barrier discharge under pulse power were studied.?????
