利用铜纳米线网络在PDMS弹性体薄膜表面形成褶皱

摘要:近年来柔性电子器件迅速发展,利用柔性材料制备微纳图案成为电子器件制备过程的重要步骤。本论文利用铜纳米线网络在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)弹性薄膜上制备褶皱。在载玻片上形成纳米线网络,纳米线网络中的纳米线之间纵横交错、上下交叠,而且纳米线之间存在空隙。将未固化的、流动的PDMS填充进纳米线网络空隙、包裹纳米线并附着于载玻片上,控制PDMS固化的条件,待PDMS固化完成后,从载玻片上揭取PDMS。最后PDMS在附着于载玻片的一面得到了不同的褶皱结构。该方法不需要复杂的工艺及设备,操作方便,成本低且具有良好的重复性。同时在PDMS上制备出的褶皱结构可能应用于柔性电子可穿戴设备或传感器、可植入设备、触摸屏以及智能感知等方面。

Formation of wrinkles on the surface of PDMS elastomer film using copper nanowire network
Abstract:In recent years, flexible electronic devices have been developing rapidly, and the fabrication of micro-nano patterns by using flexible materials has become an important step in the fabrication of electronic devices. In this paper, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastic thin films were wrinkled by using copper-nanowire-network. The nanowire network was formed on the slide. The nanowires in the nanowire network were crisscrossed and overlapped, and there were spaces between the nanowires. The uncured and flowing PDMS were filled into the void of nanowire network, wrapped nanowires and attached to the slide to control the curing conditions of PDMS. After the completion of PDMS curing, PDMS was removed from the slide. Finally, PDMS obtained different wrinkle structures on the side attached to the slide. This method does not need complicated processes and equipment, is easy to operate, low cost and has good repeatability. At the same time, the wrinkle structures prepared on PDMS may be applied to flexible electronic wearable devices or sensors, implantable devices, touch screens, and intelligent perception.
