植物乳杆菌CCFM8610对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的改善作用

摘要:绝经后骨质疏松因其雌激素缺乏会引起肠道菌群失调、肠道屏障受损、肠道通透性增加、宿主免疫力降低。目前治疗骨质疏松的药物长期使用大多具有较强的副作用,因此亟待寻求新的安全有效、长期干预的膳食途径。植物乳杆菌CCFM8610具有恢复肠道屏障损伤、调节肠道免疫系统、促进宿主细胞代谢等潜在功能。本研究目的是探讨植物乳杆菌CCFM8610对骨质疏松症的改善作用。方法24只雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和CCFM8610组,大鼠摘除双侧卵巢后4周开始持续灌胃30天,分别检测骨结构指标、血清细胞因子,并测定短链脂肪酸和肠道菌群等指标。结果表明植物乳杆菌CCFM8610可以显著改善去卵巢大鼠的骨结构指标,改善去卵巢大鼠骨代谢的高转换率;另外去卵巢显著影响菌群结构组成,显著减少肠道中短链脂肪酸的含量;植物乳杆菌CCFM8610表明一定程度增加有益菌群的数量,增加短链脂肪酸的含量。结论植物乳杆菌CCFM8610在去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的改善和预防中发挥了较好的效果,为骨质疏松的防治开辟新路径。

Ameliorative effects of Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM8610 on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats
Abstract:Postmenopausal osteoporosis, due to its estrogen deficiency, may cause intestinal flora disorder, intestinal barrier damage, intestinal permeability increase and host immunity decrease. At present, most of the drugs used for long-term treatment of osteoporosis have strong side effects, so it is urgent to find a new safe, effective and long-term dietary intervention approach. L.plantarum CCFM8610 has the potential functions of restoring intestinal barrier damage, regulating intestinal immune system and promoting host cell metabolism. The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of L.plantarum CCFM8610 on osteoporosis. Methods 24 female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group, model control group, positive control group and CCFM8610 group. After 4 weeks of bilateral ovarian excision, the rats continued to intragastate for 30 days. Bone structure indexes, serum cytokines, short-chain fatty acids and intestinal flora were detected. The results showed that L.plantarum CCFM8610 could significantly improve the bone structure index of ovariectomized rats and improve the bone metabolism of ovariectomized rats. In addition, ovariectomized significantly affected the structure and composition of flora, and significantly reduced the content of short-chain fatty acids in the intestinal tract. L.plantarum CCFM8610 showed a certain increase in the number of beneficial bacteria and the content of short-chain fatty acids. Conclusion L.plantarum CCFM8610 plays a good role in the improvement and prevention of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats, which opens a new path for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
