摘要:内内质网应激参与动脉粥样硬化进程机制研究进展质网是细胞主要的蛋白质折叠和钙存储的场所,是维持细胞正常功能的重要细胞器。内质网应激是指在外界刺激下,激活未折叠蛋白反应、内质网负荷反应和凋亡通路等信号途径的反应过程。关于动脉粥样硬化斑块形成原因有各种学说,内质网应激逐渐引起学界关注。本文从内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞等分别阐述了内质网应激调控动脉粥样硬化发生的最新进展,将为疾病诊断和靶向治疗提供新的理论基础。

Reserach Advance in Endoplasmic reticulum stress in the development of Atherosclerosis
Abstract:The endoplasmic reticulum is the main organelle for protein folding and calcium storage in cells and is responsible for maintaining cell function. Endoplasmic reticulum stress refers to the unfolded protein response, endoplasmic reticulum degradation and apoptotic pathway under external stimulation. There are various theories about the causes of atherosclerotic plaque formation, and endoplasmic reticulum stress has gradually attracted academic attention. This article articulates the latest progress of endoplasmic reticulum stress in regulating atherosclerosis from endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and macrophages, which will provide a new theoretical basis for disease diagnosis and targeted therapy.?????
