基于大数据的工程项目全生命周期管理研究

摘要:近年来,我国信息技术行业迅速崛起,逐渐进入了大数据发展的时代,工程项目管理也随之产生了新的变化与要求,大数据技术应用于工程项目管理成为行业的热点。本文对实际项目使用大数据技术所产生的经济效益(包括直接效益和间接效益)的分析,通过SD模型管理和多维分析等方法论证,表明基于大数据技术的工程项目全生命周期管理是可行的,并且比传统的工程项目管理更具有明显的优势。一方面,由于数据共享和产品展示,减少了项目各方之间的沟通时间,提高了工程项目的建设效率;另一方面,由于材料和数量的平衡更加准确,工程改造和施工中的问题和困难提前解决,减少了工程变更,降低了工程风险,节约了投资和成本。此外,本此研究为大数据技术在工程项目全生命周期管理中的应用提供了新思路,更利于建立科学高效的管理体系。

Research on whole life cycle management of engineering project based on big data
Abstract:In recent years, the rapid rise of China\'s information technology industry, gradually into the era of the development of big data, engineering project management has also produced new changes and requirements, the application of big data technology in engineering project management has become a hot spot in the industry.In this paper, the actual project economic benefit produced by using big data technology (including direct and indirect benefits) analysis, through the SD model management and multidimensional analysis methods such as reasoning, show that based on the technology of big data in whole life cycle of engineering project management is feasible, and better than the traditional project management has obvious advantages.On the one hand, due to the data sharing and product display, the communication time between the project parties is reduced and the construction efficiency of the project is improved.On the other hand, because the balance of materials and quantity is more accurate, the problems and difficulties in engineering transformation and construction are solved in advance, which reduces engineering changes, reduces engineering risks and saves investment and cost.In addition, this study provides a new idea for the application of big data technology in the whole life cycle management of engineering projects, which is more conducive to the establishment of a scientific and efficient management system.
