基于过氧化氢酶活性的Au@Pt纳米复合材料对银离子的简便检测

摘要:银及其化合物作为重要的工业材料被广泛用于工业生产的各个方面。然而,工业废弃物和污水中产生的银离子可造成严重的水体污染,继而破坏生态环境和危害人类健康。因此,发展简便可行的银离子检测方法,对于环境监测和食品安全都具有十分重要的意义。本文基于具有催化活性的金铂纳米复合物(Au@Pt NCs)开发了一种银离子检测的新方法。检测原理是基于在弱酸环境下银离子介导的Au@Pt NCs催化过氧化氢分解的抑制作用,以及碱性条件下过氧化氢诱导的银离子在Au@Pt NCs表面上的还原,从而导致Au@Pt NCs的光谱发生蓝移,并通过紫外可见光谱法进行检测。该方法检测银离子的线性范围是5至1000 μM,检测限为500 nM,且对自来水和岳麓山泉水中的银离子检测也具有令人满意的回收效率。

Facile Detection of Silver Ions with Peroxidase-like Au@Pt Nanocomposites
Abstract:As an important industrial material, silver and its compounds are widely used in various aspects of industrial production. However, silver ions produced in industrial waste and sewage can cause serious water pollution, which in turn damages the ecological environment and endangers human health. Therefore, the development of a simple and feasible silver ion detection method is of great significance for environmental monitoring and food safety. In this paper, a new method for the detection of silver ions was developed based on catalytically active gold-platinum nanocomposites (Au@Pt NCs).The principle of this method is based on silver ions mediated inhibition of hydrogen peroxide decomposition catalyzed by Au@Pt NCs at weak acid environment and hydrogen peroxide induced silver ions reduction onto the surface of Au@Pt NCs at basic environment, leading to the spectral blue-shift of Au@PtNCs that can be detected by UV-visible spectroscopy. The linear range of this method for detecting silver ions is 5 to 1000 μM, and the detection limit is 500 nM. Furthermore, the method also exhibits satisfying recovery efficiency for silver ions detection both in tap water and spring water from the Yuelu mountain.
