聚乙烯醇纤维改良水泥土拉压性能试验研究

摘要:为了解聚乙烯醇纤维的掺入对水泥土力学性能的影响,通过对素水泥土以及纤维水泥土试样进行单轴抗压强度试验与单轴拉伸强度试验,并运用扫描电镜观察和分析纤维在水泥土中的形态特征。结果表明:聚乙烯醇纤维的掺入在一定程度上增强了水泥土的抗压能力,改善了素水泥土的脆性破坏形式,限制了其裂缝的发展,提高了水泥土延性的同时其残余强度也得到了很大的提高。此外,由于水泥土与纤维之间的摩阻力和黏结力,纤维的掺入显著的提高了水泥土抗拉强度,且对抗拉强度的增强效果好于抗压强度。

Experimental study on tensile and compressive properties of cement soil improved by polyvinyl alcohol fiber
Abstract:In order to obtain the effect of adding polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the mechanical properties of cement soil, uniaxial compressive strength test and uniaxial tensile strength test were carried out on plain cement soil and fiber reinforced cement soil samples, and scanning electron microscope was used to observe and analyze the morphological characteristics of fiber in cement soil. The results show that the addition of polyvinyl alcohol fiber enhances the compressive strength of cement-soil to a certain extent, and the fiber addition improves the brittle failure form of plain cement-soil, limits the development of cracks, improves the ductility and greatly improves the residual strength. In addition, due to the friction and bonding force between cement soil and fibers, the addition of fibers significantly improves the tensile strength of cement soil, and the enhancement effect on the tensile strength is more significant than the compressive strength.
