基于单比特分辨率移相器的毫米波MIMO系统中一种低复杂度混合波束成形算法

摘要:为满足基于全连接结构的混合波束成形架构的实际需求,即考虑到系统成本及能耗,需要采用低分辨率的移相器,本文提出了一种当移相器分辨率为单比特时的混合波束成形算法。该算法先采用迭代优化的思想,建立候选集并搜索最优模拟预编码向量和最优模拟组合向量,从而设计模拟预编码矩阵和模拟组合矩阵,再利用等效基带信道确定数字预编码矩阵和数字组合矩阵。数值仿真结果表明该算法与对比算法相比在将计算复杂度降低了天线数的量级的同时可达速率几乎相同,证明了算法的有效性。

A Low-Complexity Hybrid Beamforming Algorithm with One-Bit Resolution Phase Shifters in mmWave MIMO
Abstract:To meet the practical requirements in hybrid beamforming system based on full-connected structure,which is that the low resolution phase shifters should be adopted considering the system cost and energy consumption, a hybrid beamforming algorithm for the one-bit resolution phase shifters scenario is proposed in this paper. First, the candidate set of the analog precoding vectors and the candidate set of the analog combining vectors are established and searched form for the optimal analog precoding vector and the optimal analog combining. The analog precoding matrix and the analog combining matrix are consequently obtained. Then, the digital precoding matrix and the digital combining matrix are determined based on the equivalent baseband channel. Numerical simulation results, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, show that the computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is reduced by the order of magnitude of the number of antennas, and the achievable rate of the proposed algorithm is almost the same compared with the comparison algorithm.
