铁磁/铁电复合材料的研究进展

摘要:近年来,随着信息科学技术的迅速发展,材料领域也迎来了新的变革,新时代对材料的制备技术、理论研究及表征测试方法都提出了更高的要求,此外,功能器件作为材料领域使用最广泛的器件,也得到了长足的发展。多功能器件的发展自然离不开功能复合材料的合成,铁磁/铁电复合材料兼具铁磁材料的低损耗、磁可调与铁电材料的高介电、电压调谐特性,在性能上取长补短、可产生协同效应。因此,铁磁/铁电复合材料的研究引起了研究者们的极大兴趣。本文对块体、薄膜及钇铁石榴石基铁磁/铁电复合材料的研究展开了综述,为功能复合材料的研究和开发提供新的思路。

Research Progress of Ferromagnetic/Ferroelectric
Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of information science and technology, new changes have been ushered in the field of materials. In the new era, higher requirements have been placed on material preparation technology, theoretical research and characterization test methods. In addition, functional devices are used as materials. The most widely used devices in the field have also made great progress. The development of multifunctional devices is naturally inseparable from the synthesis of functional composite materials. Ferromagnetic / ferroelectric composite materials have both low loss, magnetically adjustable and ferroelectric materials with high dielectric and voltage tuning characteristics. In terms of performance, Learning from each other\'s weaknesses can produce synergistic effects. Therefore, research on ferromagnetic / ferroelectric composite materials has attracted great interest from researchers. This article reviews the research on bulks,films, and yttrium iron garnet-based ferromagnetic / ferroelectric composites, and provides new ideas for the research and development of functional composites.
