河北平原春播与夏播玉米植株氮素利用特性的比较研究

摘要:为探究玉米花后营养器官氮素分配及利用特性对不同播期气候条件的响应,以郑单958和先玉335为试验材料,设置了春播和夏播两种条件(4月28日和6月19日)开展研究。结果表明:同一品种籽粒氮积累量夏播显著高于春播,春播处理中郑单958籽粒氮积累量较先玉335高23.2%,夏播无显著差异。春播先玉335 SPAD下降趋势明显,衰老速度较快。春播先玉335花期受到明显的干旱胁迫,其茎鞘的转运量、利用率、对籽粒的贡献率显著低于夏播。而郑单958氮素再分配及其对籽粒的贡献率播期间无显著差异。先玉335氮素利用特性夏播显著高于春播;郑单958氮肥偏生产力夏播较春播提高了34.4%,但氮素利用效率、氮收获指数播期间无显著差异。综上所述,春播玉米花期易遭受干旱胁迫,影响籽粒库容,明显抑制氮素的吸收利用。

Comparative Study on Nitrogen Utilization Characteristics of Spring and Summer Maize Plants in Hebei Plain
Abstract:In order to investigate the response of nitrogen distribution and utilization characteristics of vegetative organs in corn to climatic conditions under different sowing dates, Zhengdan958 and Xianyu335 were used as experimental materials to conduct a field experiment. Two sowing dates were set as spring and summer maize (April 28 and June 19) for research. The results showed there was no significant difference between nitrogen accumulation in summer maize,but the nitrogen accumulation of Zhengdan958 in spring maize was 23.2% higher than that of Xianyu 335. The nitrogen accumulation of the same variety was significantly higher in summer than that of spring maize. SPAD of spring sowing Xianyu335 existed a significant decline trend and a rapid aging rate. The spring sowing Xianyu335 suffer to obvious drought stress during flowering, and its stem and sheath nitrogen transport, utilization, and contribution to grains were significantly lower than those of summer sowing. However, Zhengdan958 had no significant difference in nitrogen redistribution and contribution to grain between the two sowing dates. The characteristics of nitrogen utilization in Xianyu335 were significantly higher in summer than in spring; Zhengdan958 showed a 27.5% increase in nitrogen fertilizer partial production in summer compared with spring maize, but there were no significant differences in nitrogen utilization efficiencyand nitrogen harvest index during sowing dates. In summary, spring sowing maize is susceptible to drought stress, which affects grain storage capacity and significantly inhibits nitrogen uptake and utilization.
